EETimes-Asia & EETimes-Europe give few numbers from Microsoft ToF sensor presentation at ISSCC 2014: "The image sensor is a 512x424 CMOS 3D time-of-flight with multi-frequency demodulation up to 130MHz at 2GSPS ADC. The device is reported to have a depth accuracy of 0.5 per cent at a range of between 0.8m and 4.2m." Microsoft announced that an enhanced sensor for Kinect for Windows will be available in summer 2014.
