Rambus introduces an interesting IP block, the On-chip Noise Monitor, potentially useful for debugging the on-chip noise problems. The monitor is available in TSMC 40G/LP and GF28HPP/SLP processes and have a noise resolution on 200uV/LSB in bandwidth up to 3-6GHz.
