The 31st International Congress on High Speed Imaging and Photonics (ICHIP) will be held in Osaka, Japan on Nov. 7-10, 2016. So far, the list of 20 invited speakers has been announced, most of them showing previews of their work:Liang Gao (University of Illinois, USA)
