The Canon PowerShot ELPH 130 IS, or IXUS 140 as it's known outside North America, is a 16 Megapixel point-and-shoot compact with an 8x optical zoom, 3in screen and built-in Wifi. It's one of three entry-level models in the upmarket ELPH / IXUS range, but these have some cross-over with the higher-end options in the PowerShot A range. Confused?
