CTimes: Powerchip has signed a cooperation agreement with China Anhui Hefei government, to set up a joint venture “Hefei Jinghe”, a 12-inch fab located in Hefei with monthly production capacity of 40,000 wafers, with total investment of 13.53 billion yuan.
